We do not share your information with other companies without your permission, or use it ourselves beyond the reasonable support of the products or services you have purchased from us. You can be sure that any additional spam or telemarketing DID NOT originate from the information you shared with us!
We will ship your order as soon as we can. In most cases this is very quickly, however, there will occasionally be times when high demand results in minor delays. If the delay is more than a few days we'll contact you. If you have questions concerning when your order will arrive, please contact us by e-mail for more information.
We currently ship products only within the continental United States. If you'd like to
order a product shipped to AK or HI or outside the country, please contact us to
make special arrangements.
Sorry, we currently cannot add custom logos or designs to the boards or bags we sell.
You can support your favorite team by purchasing equipment in team colors. You can also paint your boards however you like.
All prices and payments are in US dollars unless explicitly declared otherwise.
We pay the appropriate sales tax on all sales including cash sales. For larger items and most web site sales we include the tax to the transaction price.
We will exchange or replace any products or parts that are defective in material or workmanship at our discretion. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible with them. Please contact us by mail if you need to return a defective product.
For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price less shipping and handling fees, for any product returned in sellable (unused) condition. For products that included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with a product within 90 days of the time of purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
